Yes! It has happened. I legally became Justin T. Ryland on April 23rd and got my new license in the mail yesterday. Apparently I was so excited when I was at the DMV, I left my passport and SS card there. They sent me a letter stating I have 90 days to retrieve it. Once I have my card, I can get a new SS card and start changing all my other stuff ( Read more... )
